This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile applications (“Apps”) by Kermode Industries Ltd. (“Kermode”, “we”, “us”) and the website www.kermodeindustries.com (Apps and website collectively “Service”). Before using our Service, the user (“you”) is required to be familiar with this Privacy Policy (“Privacy”) and our Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing our Service you are accepting our Privacy and Terms.

By accessing our Service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, financial information, address, information you type using one of our (keyboard) Apps including but not limited to personal data, financial information or addresses and other data you provide (collectively “Personal Data”). By using our Service you authorize us to collect, analyze and retain your Personal Data. Personal Data will be securely stored on servers located in the United States or other countries.

When using our Service, we may automatically collect information from your browser or device including; your IP address, browser type and language, the operating system installed on your devices, time and date of access, internet provider, device ID and type, device location, sites you visit and referring website.

When using our Service, we may use cookies. Cookies help us to improve your visit and make it more personalized. You may be able to turn off cookies within your browser. You may choose to disable a third party keyboard at any time.

We may also collect Personal Data including but not limited to improve our Service, customer support, analytics, payment processing, use of the service, notify (email/push notification) you of important updates, contests or promotions, verify legal requirements to use our Service and take legal action by non-compliancy of the Privacy or Terms.

We may collect Personal Data ourselves or use trusted third party companies to do these tasks for us if they agree to only share the collected data with us.

We do not share Personal Data with third party companies unless it is required for the Service to work properly or in the following circumstances:
